Its so bad that I've decided to combine this week and last weeks, so in between dealing with DD and work I'm going to attempt to achieve at least level 1 on each room

Ouch how did she manage that Nicki?
Lamewolf thanks for the song.
Just back from cricket, match was and hour's drive away but they won. Star performance by DS3 with the bat but the whole team fielded really well today. Very close game up to the last ball.
Just having 5 minutes and then I need to tidy up the kitchen and coerce DS3 to bed.The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

She fell over in the car park while at Guide camp about an hour before she was due to be picked up. She was just walking along and the next minute she was on the floor which is a regular occurrence only she usually stays upright. :rotfl: I'm laughing now, but Sunday-Tuesday was a nightmare. The original hospital in Wigan thought it was just a dislocation (they put it back in:eek:) despite taking X-rays, but on the follow up at Alder Hey it turns out there's a fracture as well! They couldn't see all the damage on the ultra sound due to swelling so she's got to go back on Friday to have the cast removed, another ultra sound and then probably another cast. This time I'm going prepared and will have a bag packed ready for an overnight stay for both of us as they ended up keeping her in on Monday to get her pain under control after all the poking & prodding
Right, I'm off to make her bed with clean bedding, then help her upstairs for the last time tonight. I'll then try to get some jobs done downstairs before going to bed myself.Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -

When I stop getting child benefit for DS1 in August does DS2 become the eldest child and therefore I lose one lot of the lower rate or do I lose the eldest child rate?
mind you I am claiming it back again as DS is still at school as he is resitiing a year.

Ooh Nicki that must be so so painful, healing vibes to your DD.
Glad to see your DD home PPrecovering vibes on there way to her here's hoping she can enjoy being home with Samuel
and his big cuz Fabian shouldn't be far behind now:) Have we no more pictures! I love to see how they are getting on. I've been a Nana now for two and a half years and can honestly say they've been my happiest. Nobody prepared me for the joys of grandparenting and I probably wouldn't have believed them. But it's changed me completely:) And watching your DC being and Mummy/Daddy words can't describe the pride:).
Oh my word that sounds so sickly but you'll understand one day I hope:)
Flying wise I've done very very little well the sun was shining and DGD2 had to take advantage. It might rain tomorrow and I'll catch up.
Fancy deserting the Hatters for the Bitters CY shame on you:)
LW your song had me chuckling:)The secret of Christmas
