Hi All
I am really confused about the new overdraft charges lloydstsb are to introduce.
I have an account with a £2500 overdraft of which I am often in and get charged £5.00 a month usage fee, does anyone know and understand when these new charges come into effect will this amount change???

The £5 fee will stay unchanged.
The rate of interest charged will go up on most accounts.0 -
The new charges etc come into force on the 2nd October 2012. You will receive an explainatory leaflet plus covering letter in the post. Mine arrived a few days ago.
The Planned Overdraft Usage Fee will increase from £5.00 to £6.00 but if you exceed your overdraft limit by more than £10.00 you pay 2 x £6.00 fees = £12.00.
The charge for buying foreign currency in the UK using a Visa Debit Card is being abolished from 2nd Ocober but fees incurred between 31st July & 2nd October will be waived.0
