Natwest online re-registration

Had tried to access my online account only for my logon details to not be recognised. It then prompted for more details like name, account number etc which again have not been recognised, so therefore I've been issued with a new activation code.
Which will be dispatched in the next 5 working days :mad:

It's happened to a few people on the 'Natwest Technical Issues' thread.
I can't even get onto the log on page, but it does seem fixed for most people.0 -
I managed to access my account on-line earlier today OK only to find I was overdrawn.
