Avent bottles - losing their markings already!

Anyone had any joy out of them complaining over this? I know it's happened to a lot of people from a quick spot of Google.
Haven't been using the larger size ones all that long - have a mix of the plain ones that are slightly cloudy and the clear gold coloured ones (the ones that look like they've been through the dishwasher with a load of spag bol sauce) - the gold ones are starting to lose their markings toward the top of the bottle already.
Hate complaining as a general rule (yes I KNOW!) - especially if they're going to insist I send the old ones back before they're replaced - that will essentially mean we're down on bottles for weeks on end and I'll end up having to buy more to cover the shortfall during that time anyway.

Contact Avent- looking at the website they actually have an online chat thing which is probably closed til tomorrow. I'm sure when I had a similar problem with Tommee tippee they sent me replacements out really quickly, I know it's a different company but I'm sure Avent/philips will be helpful.Booo!!!0
