Hi Everybody
This is my first venture into this forum and from what i have read the information is very helpful.
My question is this, i have been reading up on section 75 and i understand that i am covered on any purchase over £100 direct from a supplier ie Hotel or airline, am i still covered if when the bill arrives and i do a balance transfer to another card, does this affect my rights should i be unfortunate to make a claim.

Yes - it is the card you make the purchase on that counts.0
