Email complants to Natwest?

Is there an email for me to use to complain and make a request for compensationfrom Natwest for not having my wages in my account on Friday when they were supposed to be? I don't want to see them in person or use the phone, I've got anxiety issues.

There is a complaint form here:

    https://www.natwest.com/global/contact-us/complain.ashx

However I would be tempted to write in and keep a copy of the letter.

Note that they will probably be getting a lot of complaints right now, so the initial response from them is likely to be "We will be looking into it".

I am not sure if the FSA timescales for a response will be possible in this situation, as clearly for them to spend a sufficient amount of time looking into each case they will need to take a bit longer.

With that in mind, if you have any urgent issues that need to be resolved quickly then a phone call or visit to a branch is probably a better idea. I understand that this may not be suitable for you though.

In addition if you require compensation then you may want to make it clear how you have been affected financially, i.e. detail any extra costs you have incurred.
