Total Minimum Payment Due £25.00
Payment to be received by NULL

Last Payment Received £25.00 on 11/06/2012
Direct Debit in place

click for definition of Direct Debit in place For further payment details click ‘Manage Direct Debit’. To find out when your next payment will be claimed, please refer to your latest official statement.

If I click 'Statements', it says my latest official statement is May 2012, ie, the one thats already been paid.

And my latest transaction window has now cleared, as apparently, they are now on my statement, which doesn't exist yet.

Hopefully, this'll all get fixed on Monday! But still pretty good going for a site which doesn't send out paper statements.

How long have they been missing ? I thought most cards had a short window where transactions disappear from screen view before the statement becomes available. My Cap1 certainly does.

With MBNA the transactions disappear (on the day the statement gets compiled and dated) and the new statement is available on-line after the night's update.
