webpage won't load-virus warning

Hi, My dad is having problems with his pc. he has avast free edition on there. Every time he types in thomascook holidays, and clicks on one of the results, he gets a red pop up window from avast and the page closes - all other pages are fine to load. He only got the message after his free avast came up for renewal.

he's done a full scan with avast - nothing showing
full scan with malaware bytes - nothing showing
he's running windows7
He gets the same message whether it be in IE or firefox

the message he gets is:

c:\programfiles(x86)\scansoft\omnipagesE4.0\opproger.clm\>#topicserror42136{chmarchive15corrupted}

He's not very technical, so any help and advice would be appreciated!!

thanks.
