So first we had the jubilee and then last weekend the popular Riverside Festival. lots of people in the town and along the river, great.
But all the gardens and flower beds near this festival were full of weeds several feet high!
Then on Tuesday, yes, two days after the festival the weeds were pulled up and some, not many, plants planted.
Why couldn't this have been done before the festival to give a better impression to residents and visitors???
Oh and many flower beds and gardens around the town haven't been touched and look like they haven't been touched for years!
