Yodel - what do i do?

Hi,
It seems to be common for the Yodel/HDNL tracking service to state that a product has been delivered when it has not.
My tracking status is delivered on weds, when i was in fact working away on weds and my partner was away on holiday.
Where do i stand with this. Do i contact HDNL or the company i purchased the item from (Office)?

My understanding is that you contact the company from where you made the purchase from as they maintain full responsibility until the item has actually been received by the customer. They are the customer of Yodel etc. It would be different if they left an attempted delivery card etc.0

Had the same problem with Yodel, contacted seller (amazon) and they sent out a replacement. First tried to contact local Yodel depot but never got a reply.0
