ok, I have searched and searched and still can't figure this out (feeling very thick right now
).
How on earth do you post to a company's facebook page/wall?
I know you can because I can see other people's comments but can't find what button I'm supposed to press. I can see 'Message' and 'Like' but I thought the message button is for conversations behind the wall and I want to post to the wall.
Can anyone point this numpty in the right direction?
Thanks

I'm no Facebook expert but as an experiment I typed Ford into the search box, from the results went to the Ford Motor Company page, where there is the usual box inviting you to write something. Perhaps if you tell us one of the companies you want to post on we could take a look to see if they have restricted access.0

Thanks. I had a quick look at the Ford page and the two pages look completely different so think it must have restricted access.
The company is BiuBiu, a polish clothing company. Think I'll message them behind the board.
Thanks for your help. At least now I know that I'm not being really thick. I did try a different company but they were restricted access as well so I didn't know what I was doing wrong.0 -
Just had a look at the BiuBiu World FB page and there's a message box on the timeline for you to post onto the wall. Hope that helps.0

Yep, both BiuBiu World and BiuBiu.eu have a message box. very similar to what is on the Ford timeline, so i can't see what it is that's stopping you posting.0

You may be looking at the wrong page, if you are seeing the timeline and cover image (the big one at the top) then you are at the right place. Heres the link https://www.facebook.com/BiuBiu.World Right at the top, underneath the cover and profile image, there is a box that says 'Write something', if you cant see this then there is definitely something odd going on as I can see it0

Thanks again
Sorry, it actually says 'write something'.0 -
I think (not 100%) it depends on how the companies have set their page up. They can have different settings as to where people can post. Some enable to post directly on their wall (where it says write something) which then goes under "Recent Posts by Others" section when posted....then some only let you comment after their own posts etc.0

True but this particular page can be posted on by anyone straight away. My link wasnt just an example, it was the page in question.0
