• Terms and conditions:
• 1. The promotion is open only to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 years or over except employees of the Promoter, their Dealers and agents and members of their immediate families, or anyone connected to the creation and administration of the draw.
• 2. No purchase necessary.
• 3. In order to participate in the Healthy / Honda Jazz free prize draw, eligible entrants must complete the online entry form at https://www.hollandandbarrett.com/honda or return the official entry form by midnight, 28th September 2012 to Healthy / Honda Jazz prize draw, FREEPOST WA1521, Warrington, WA4 6BR. Entries received after this time and date will not be included within the draw. By participating in the prize draw you agree to these terms and conditions. All information provided on the entry form must be correct to the best of the entrant's belief.
• 4. Only one entry per person.
• 5. Fraudulent, illegible or incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified. The Promoter also reserves the right to reject the entry of any person whose association with the Promoter or its products may, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, damage or cause detriment to the brand, reputation, standing or goodwill of the Promoter or any member of its group of companies or their products.
• 6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed for any reason.
• 7. There is one prize. The prize is 1 x Honda Jazz ES (inclusive of registration, delivery to a local Honda dealership and 12 months Vehicle Excise Duty but excluding insurance, which is the responsibility of the winner and must be arranged prior to delivery). The Promoter reserves the right to offer a substitute prize of equal or greater value in the event of the prize becoming unavailable. No cash alternative will be offered.
• 8. This prize draw is being used by the Promoter in more than one advertising campaign, but a person may not enter the prize draw more than once and may not enter in relation to more than one such advertising campaign.
• 9. The winner will be picked at random from the eligible entries that the Promoter has received, overseen by an independent judge and will be notified by 26th October 2012 using the contact details that person has provided. If the Promoter is not able, for any reason, to contact the winner using the contact details provided when first attempting to do so, then the Promoter reserves the right to arrange for a further draw to take place to pick another winner and to re-allocate the prize to such new winner.
• 10. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity and agrees to the use and publication of their name for promotional and marketing purposes.
• 11. For details of the winner (first initial, surname and county) please send an SAE to: Healthy / Honda Jazz prize draw, PO Box 100, Warrington WA4 6FB after 26th October but to arrive no later than 30th November 2012.
• 12. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
• 13. The Promoter is entitled to terminate or modify these terms and conditions at any time by giving prior notice. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering this prize draw or by the entrant's acceptance of any prize, or (where applicable) any damage to any entrant's or other person's computer or mobile phone equipment as a consequence of entering or downloading any material relating to this prize draw. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
• 14. These terms and conditions are subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Current Car details are not required, I did it without putting any details in, what if you don't have a car, they would be excluding people from entering, the car details does not have a * next to the fields which means it is not mandatory to fill in those boxes.

I left all the boxes that didn't have an asterisk blank so didn't put anything in about my current car and the entry form submitted fine without those details

Edit: Sorry Comping Rich just said the esact same thing while I was writing this message!

This was the problem i was having Alli. Once you get past page one, don't answer ANY of the questions at all.

It eventually let me when I left out my mobile number and only answered asterix q's on page 1
