Hi,
In October I bought tickets to a gig from an eBay buyer with a 100% record and over 500 feedback.
The tickets were for a gig next week and where supposed to be delivered last week.
I have been emailing the seller this week and no reply, normally she has been excellent on getting back to me but now I have had no reply for four days and the gig is this Friday.
Seller is no longer on eBay, so I can't raise a dispute via eBay. PayPal has a 45 day deadline ?
I paid via PayPal using my credit card and am basically trying to get my money back so I can get tickets from somewhere else, what are the options available to me?
Any help would be appreciated

Paypal will probably say "sorry your out of time", the credit card will not work if the transaction was under £1000

There is extended ebay buyer protection for tickets, however you will have to call ebay to claim and this cannot be started 'til the day AFTER the event and must be within 7 days.
Not all ebay employees are aware of the extended protection so you have to keep trying until you get someone who can help,it's worth calling and hanging up til you get the Irish centre.0 -

Thanks, didn't know about that. However the seller got in contact with me to assure me that the tickets will be with me on Tuesday.
