Anyone recently had any success claiming late payment fees from capital one? :mad:

I am about to do it.... So, how to start?
I had exactly the same situation as described on the forum - you go £1 above the limit - you get charge of £20...
I had enough, it's simply not fare. I could even have paid the balance the same day, it was not a problem.
The problem, obviously, is that our hard-earned cash is taken from us in the unfair way.
Anyway, how to start, any ideas?0
