Not paying the full monthly amount

If I change from paying off my credit card in full each month to the minimum, will this show on my credit rating and will it effect my score?

Many (most?) lenders now report minimum payment markers along with the monthly update. You can avoid them by simply paying £1 more than the minimum.

Your credit rating may suffer. To what extent is anyone's guess with the limited information provided.

Interesting. I have noticed my credit rating shows my credit card balance at the end of each month, so I did wonder if there was any more information available to lenders.

Lenders actually see less information than you do when viewing your credit files. For example, they can't see financial associate searches and quotation/unrecorded enquiry searches.
