Help me fill this form in please

Well today I received a letter off the Post office telling me that they have done an incorrect transfer to my Premier ISA I have just set up with them, when I called I asked the advisor would I be able to amalgamate 2 I had with ING. Ing instead of adding my funds to a new one, opened another one and then said I couldnt put the 2 together so the POst Office said that would be fine, well now they said one amount has been added in error and they have just put the second request in the ISA, they still have the other funds and have asked me if I wish to apply for the original transfer to this account as well as the above to fill the form in, but on this form it is asking me for details of exsisting will I put in the details they have sent me for the new ISA which is the same number as the one they said is wrong, because as far as I can see the money is in no mans land at the moment.
Just tried calling and they are closed until Monday

thanks

  • I'd wait and speak to someone on Monday - when it's all sorted then you can talk to them about ensuring that you have earned interest in your ISA from the date that they had the money. Don't get hassled into filling in something you are not sure about immediately - honestly i don't think that anyone on here will be sufficiently certain about PO forms and exactly what has happened to give you 100% definitive advice. If you call the PO and do as they say, then any error becomes their responsibility ....
