Natwest hasn´t just affected its customers! What do we get back?

The company my partner works for uses Natwest to pay everyones wages which obviously didn´t happen on Thursday due to the problems.
We ended up with returned direct debits with bank charges, unpaid bills etc etc.
So suffered in a similar way to Natwest´s customers.
Would it be worth complaining to Natwest about this or am I wasting my time because we don´t bank with them?

Thank you

Will get my partner to speak to his boss on Monday.
It was a bad week for us anyway because every monthly bill landed on this week and we hadn´t been able to put the money aside for each week like we usually do so this made matters so much worse
I hope they sort it out soon.0 -
