No - waits for people to say you can't claim it because you need two years service!0 -

I just can't get my head around why someone who is on a low income desperate for money hands in their notice.
to be honest, I came on here for advise about my situation not be judged by you.
I handed my notice in as my health was at riosk! Clearly you have not struggled with mental illness, as someone who has, nothing is worth getting to such a low point that I cannot look after my family or work anywhere!!!0 -
If you don't have something constructive to say about my situation, I would really appreciate it if you don't comment at all.
I worked three weeks of shifts, which equals over 50 hours, plus sleep in rates & mileage.
I have now started back doing temp work at the NHS, but will not get paid for another 3 weeks, so I am desperate for some money!
I started in May, 4 days before their pay day, I was asked if I wanted paying for my shifts, with emergency tax taken off OR did I want to wait for the next pay day. Which is what I did.
I have not said that I am owed 5 weeks pay, I said that it was 5 weeks since I had been paid!0 -
Sorry I forgot to say, that my Manager does not pay SP & I am not bothered by that. I simply want paying for the hours I worked, plus sleepover & mileage.
Thanks!0 -
Your manager has to pay you SSP, it is the law, apart from the first 3 days you were off isck as long as you put sick notes in to cover the period of your sickness.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -

Lol. Such bad advice time and time again, i'm very quickly learning post count is not an indicator of accuracy or even basic common sense.0 -
