'daylight' light for loft

My loft is boarded out and has a weight bench in it at the moment, but only has 3 x normal light bulbs in there (from ceiling roses), is there a more natural light I can get to put up there (either permanent or temporary) to make it more daylight-ish for when im working out?

Thanks everyone

    Use daylight bulbs.
Look on ebay and search for "6400K" bulb and you will find lots, Alternatively if you don't use ebay put the same term in a search engine and lots will come up. I buy mine from ebay, i usually get the 20w low energy spirals.

Are the joists strong enough to bear the weight of you and your weights? Not all lofts are designed to take that weight.

If not you could have problems with the ceiling below cracking or worse.

Try a velux, be able to get some fresh air in as well.
