3rd and final interview - any advice welcome

I always obtain latest filed accounts from Companies House for limited companies, well worth investing a £1 to see how financially stable they are (or not as the case may be!)0
-
I also had three interviews for my current role, in the same field, for a major global brand! I have also conducted interviews in coffee shops on several occasions, nothing dodgy about that in itself.
Good luck Op.0 -
3 interviews is normal in my eyes... My last role I had a 1-2-1 with HR, 2nd with would be manger, 3rd out on a taster day.
In fact, it may have been 4, I remember attending an assessment centre with 19 others, but that MAY have been via the recruitment firm??
It may well be something as simple as he's the only available person nd they want to get someone in quickly, or maybe after your interviews they feel you maybe suited to another role, or have more potential thn they originally thought?0 -
Thanks everyone for the advice. I had my interview today, don't think I could have done better really, the guy was really nice and I think it went well. He said they will be in touch today or tomorrow.0

Shall I send a follow up thank you type email tomorrow morning? I have read about this, is it a good idea? I do not have the email address of the person who interviewed me today but could send it to the reservation manager asking him to thank the other 2 who took the time to interview me too. I did do this after my trial day, saying that I enjoyed the day and found it v productive, and that is when they asked me to come back for the third and final round interview.0

We also talked money, making me hope more and more they are going to offer me the job...0

Anyone? Please!0

Yes I would send a follow up email. You have got a relationship going now so I think it would be the polite thing to do.
Also, I imagine that this will be part of your new job role (to follow up on customers and make sure they are happy) so it shows professionalism combined with a friendly approachable attitude assuming you follow your own outline. (lovely to meet you please thank the other panel members etc)There are three types of people in this world. Those who can count and those who can't.0 -
Thanks. The guy at the interview said I would hear back yesterday or today and I haven't heard anything, so frustrating I desperately want this job, is this bad news?
It is all well saying wait a bit however why would he have said that I would hear back by today??0 -
Because they always do........ it's rare for anybody to get back to you when they say they will.
