Please help us!!!!

Dear MSErs,

My company and I desparately need all your help. We are at high risk of redundancy.

We are Bmibaby staff, now owned by British Airways. We are being treated dreadfully by BA, not being allowed to apply for toher jobs before september, or we lose our (paltry) redundancy pay.

We are trying to get 11,000 signatures on our petition to have our case heard in court (we only have 1100 at the moment). We just want fair treatment.

Please help!!!!!

THe smart ones go for other jobs BEFORE Sept when there will be a load of people looking for them.


Delay the start date till after Sept and keep quiet about having another job, still get redundancy.

Yes. Because then she might find a thread where people don't notice that she wasn't quite so keen to support other workers when it was their jobs that were under attack.
