Damp under floor boards

Finally getting round to replacing the floor in the living room so in the process of ripping up the old one.
pulled up the wood floor that had been laid over the old floor boards and found the floor boards in one corner are a bit damp where they touch the wall.
Theres an airbrick here that I found was blocked up with bugs, plants and all kinds of general muck which I have now cleared out.
Anything else I should do?
