Laminate brands?

I know quickstep seems to be a defacto standard in laminate floors but am wondering what others here would recommend - it's for a low traffic and lightly used downstairs room so I am looking for "medium" quality (ie. value is important).
Someone has mentioned Balterio as an alternative already
thanks

Second the Balterio, when I was selling flooring, the fitters really liked it. Never had any come back with it.Unless it is damaged or discontinued - ignore any discount of over 25%0

As well as Balterio, I would also recommend Elka and BHK. They both use the Uniclic system, same as Quickstep, and it's cheaper.0
