I presume you have checked that wifi is enabled & you have reconnected it to your wireless network?

I'm not with you, what do you mean by won't connect to either?0

going into settings then wireless & networks, wifi settings.Wifi is ticked. In wifi networks it says disabled by my network with virgin media so click on connect. It says connecting,,secured with WPA\WPA2 PSK.Then it takes me to password which i enter it then takes me back again.Going around in circles0

have you tried disabling then re-enabling wifi?0
-
yes done that0

even changed my googlemail password ,as i seem to remember doing that when i had a problem before0

Can you disable the security on the router & try again.
Don't forget to re-enable it!0 -

Hi, I had a similar problem, turned out I was getting confused with my internet provider password - and the 10 digit number on the back of my router box - your mobile phone is looking for a 10 digit number not a password, just turn your router box over and you'll see the number - try keying that number into your phone and you'll be sorted
Cheers pal
