PPI Capital one credit card

Hi filled in aplication form for capital one credit card on line in 2004 tried to claim ppi back on this card but i have been told i ticked the box for ppi so have no claim are they right or can i persue claim thanks

ask Cap 1 for proof of application with the ticked box, they should send the proof if they dont send your complaint to the FOS.

There is nothing wrong with having PPI. That is not what the PPI issue is about. It is about whether it was sold to you correctly or not. In your case, you applied online and no-one sold it to you.
