Harveys Official Customer Rep - Complaint

Hi I'm new to this so hope I'm doing it right!
Does anyone know if the e-mail address for the online complaints rep on other threads about Harveys shocking service is still a valid one? I sent an e-mail to it two days ago after seeing it on here and I've had no reply. I would've expected at least an automated one!?
If not has anyone actually got the e-mail of their CEO or some other official that I can annoy into action with lots of questions their workers should have answered by now. I've had a quick look and can't find anything I'll keep searching in the meantime.
My issue is the lead time on my re-order of a sofa that was delivered on time (surprisingly enough after reading other posts) but didn't fit together properly (not surprising given other posts! I know it does not take 7-11 weeks to make a sofa it takes 7-11 weeks to sit in a queue of new customers but this is not a new order. I'm not phoning customer service to be read to from a script and besides they are only open 9-5 my working hours!

Wait 3 days for response.
To get his email address, try a google search with 'ceoemail harveys', select the first option displayed and then do a search for 'harveys'. Reckon;) that you may get an email address for Steinhoff Group (which incorporates Harveys, Homestyle, Benson for Beds, etc.).

I have his email address, I emailed him when the customer services wouldnt get back to me, and low and behold they phoned me the next day (problem still isnt solved so I'm going to email him again on monday)

Thanks for both answers. I'm going to take a leaf out of my nephews book and inundate him with emails til someone delivers my sofa!!

I got a reply from John Williamson Head of Customer Services for Harverys and Reids. He appears to be on the case we'll need to see what happens!! I have his e-mail and numbers including a mobile number (that might have been a mistake!) if anyone else is having problems.
I did say in my e-mail that I wasn't prepared to talk to customer services unless it was someone with the appropriate authority to solve my problem in my e-mail to Markus Jooste. I don't suppose he likes getting emails that someone else could deal with quite easily if only they would!!0
