Where do I edit the seller paypal information?

I've had a lot of problems recently whereby buyers have paid using paypal but an old paypal address has been used. I've just spent 10 minutes going round in circles on Ebay trying to find where I edit my paypal settings. Where is the setting that controls the paypal address used?

If you use Selling Manager / SM Pro (Dont know about standard My eBay)
You select all your listings & click edit, then select/check the box for Paypal Payment address & select edit bulk listings & you can change all of your listings in one hit0
