Hi all,
I'm giving a partial refund on one of my items....not happy about it as do feel like it's a bit of a con but it's better than chasing up Royal Mail.
I'm giving a refund of £7.50 but how much would I have to give so that the buyer received the £7.50.
I hope this makes sense what percentage does paypal charge and do they charge if it is a refund as they would have already technically been paid one way.
I hope someone can help.
Thanks very much.

A lot of fellows nowadays have a B.A., M.D., or Ph.D. Unfortunately, they don't have a J.O.B."

Nothing, they just return the money and re-caulculate the fees.0

Wow that was the quickest response i've ever got. Thank you so much. Phew so i'm fine just paying the £7.50. I didn't want them to come back and whinge that they hadn't got "all" their refund.
Thanks again
