faluty Item retrun - Refund promised but not recieved

I bought some boots online (Dorothy Perkins)which fell apart. I returned them start of May and was promised a refund to the payment card in 5-8 working days. No refund appeared, emailed them and told I would get a cheque within 10days - no cheque.

They haven't replied to last email and can't get through on the phone.

What do I do next??
