Douglas Russell meats

Tried to place an order on line with them and after several attempts to pay, phoned to make the payment.

Imagine my surprise yesterday morning, when not only did the order I pay for arrive, but all 7 attempts at payment also. Were unbelievably helpful when I phoned them and were more concerned at organising refund before collection of extra deliveries.

Collected a couple of hours later and then, even later had another order arrive which for some reason had been sent with a different carrier. When I spoke to them, they said they were more than happy for us to keep the meat, the refund had been made.

They were also very concerned about what went wrong with the website process as I had not been the only one with a problem and were collating the answers so that the designers could address that problem.

So full marks to Donald Russell for their service:T
A smile costs little but creates much :)
