Benefit question please?

Hello, I have put all my figuers into turn2us.org and they say I should be getting more than I do get.

What can someone do if the amount of benfit they get is far less than it should be?

    Make sure the departments know your income is accurate. If it's changed then submit a change of circumstances. How far out is what you receive to what entitledto says your should get. Sometimes the figures aren't always accurate it's relying on what you enter being accurate too.

    Might be worth sharing more details here... the calculator may be wrong etc. What benefit rates or benefits are different than you currently get?
