3 mobile BB problems in London?

I have been having trouble loading pages for two days now. I blamed Google Chrome at first; in the past when I had similar problems they went away after a while.

I can't load anything when I first log on, but after a few attempts I can get into the Google main page then Gmail, and gradually I can get into more and more sites, with a few exceptions. Things are still very slow though, and I keep losing the connection. I get a lot of error 101s.

This happens on 3 laptops, under Linux, Windows XP and Windows 7, also under Firefix, IE and Chrome, with 3 different types of dongle. I use Bullguard security suite, and it can download its updates so there is no internet problem.

The only common factor is 3 mobile BB. I was wondering whether anyone else was having trouble going online.

I know BT had a massive !!!!-up yesterday with their internet around the country and in London (I was affected), so I don't know if this is a coincidence or not.

  • There are people on the Internet Access board with similar problems: I am not too worried about the cause if it is external, I just hope that whoever is responsible will put it right as soon as possible. I don't think that BT and Three Network are connected, but you never know - there might be a knock-on effect.
