Rules about Paper-Free Statements

Hi,
I have an Amazon Mastercard. Its an online only account so no paper statements.
They've currently got a technical issue with no idea when it will be resolved. Some people are unable to access their statements. All they can give me is the statement balance.
I want to make sure all the transactions are valid and reclaim any business transactions from my work. Since some business transactions are recurring transactions (some for international companies), I don't know what the £ figures are.
The rules need changing! This happened once with Barclaycard.
If they are unable to provide a copy of my statement, why would I be subject to paying by the due date?
They basically have no motivation to provide me with a statement.
Thanks
Dan

Just spoken to MBNA Amazon.
They've got no idea when the problem will be fixed and they are unable to order a paper copy because of the same technical fault.
All they can tell me is the statement balance.
I miss the old days.0
