Mis-selling Premium accounts

Hi all,
I saw this article (link below) and can relate to this.
I took out quite a substantial unsecured loan nearly 5 years ago and was told by the banks "relationship manager" that in order to be approved for the loan (in excess of 20k) I would have to take out their premium account. In hindsight I should of questioned this at the time, but the finance was for career development and so I was quite desperate to get the loan.
Have there been any cases of a successful claim against this type of mis-selling?
