PCN Transport for London

I had the awful idea of driving to London in my own car to do some paperwork. It was the first time that I did it (and probably the last). I read that if you enter the London Congestion Charge zone, you have to pay. But I couldn´t work it out, so I ended up paying just in case, because I read that if you enter the zone and you don´t pay, you get a PCN. I paid, but I still don´t know if I got into the zone or not...
Secondly, I got a PCN today in my post because I parked on a red route or clearway for a few minutes while I ate a burguer in my car. The PCN is from Transport for London. It is for 130 pounds or 65 if I pay before 21 days. I assume that I have to pay this fine, haven´t I?
Very expensive day in London...
