Virgin Credit card, wrong fee info?

Just had a look at the Virgin credit card which offers 16 months interest free with a 1.99% balance transfer but when i click on the link onto the main virgin website it states that it's a 2.99% transer fee? Has anyone got any ideas. I'm just looking for a 0% interest credit card for around 16 months with a low fee. Already have a barclaycard so can;t go with them
