    You wont get them removed so i would save yourself the time and stress. They would only be removed if they had been an error on the part of the company.

    Contact Orange and Vodaphone, and explain, they may offer a F&F dont say anything about how much you want to pay, wait for them to say, then offer them half, always worth a shot.

    In 3 years, I've got 5 out of 6 defaults removed!

    Very true, and that was the case. The battle is to convince them that they had made errors in the administration. Another thing to bare in mind is that the recommended guidelines by the ICO state that defaults should not stay on for longer than six years. They do not provide a minimum.

    Whilst I appreciate that lenders have adopted a policy of keeping them in for the full six years, there is a valid argument for removing them earlier.
