Excess Fee changed! - how to complain?

Hello everyone,

My contract indicated that excess fee is £25. I have now made a claim and Life Style Group demanded for £75, saying that excess fee was changed and Barclays is responsible for informing it's customers.

I paid those £75 in order to avoid delay in my claim.

But I am now ready to complain just don't know how/where. Can anyone help with that?

I would be most grateful for any advice and I promise to give updates and share this with others. I believe hundreds of us are out that had similar experience.

    Claim for what?

What does your policy document say? Is there anything in the terms about changing the excess fee?

Did you receive the letter about it with the option to cancel etc?
