Reclaiming from RBS

Hi there i have been going through the motions of reclaiming overdraft fees from my current account with RBS & after some time i have had a letter back saying that they will not be refunding the unarranged overdraft fees or return item charges to which i referred but they are offered me a goodwill gesture of £100 credited to my account.
I started this complaint on the 26th Mar 12 & only now hearing back from them after numerous phone calls & letters.
they also put in the letter that i have a right to complain to Financial Ombudsamn Service but they said that they hope it will not prove necessary.
The total i want to claim back is £461.91.
What should i do with this?
Your help as always is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Well done! :T
Your £100 better off just for making a complaint.
Just goes to show what a simple letter can get you, doesn't it0
