They are an absolute shambles to deal with if things go wrong - they make it as difficult and as obstructive as possible every step of the way, we had a terrible time with them when a courier driver actually stole our parcel about 18 months ago - the chat line was a waste of time and space and the emails were never responded to even though "George" the so-called accounts manager was supposed to be dealing with it. We lost a lot of money - the item cost £120 and we got £50 back 9, yes 9! months later and only after a lot of persistance, as it hadn't been insured due to an oversight on my part - an expensive one!! Lesson learned. I never use Parcel2Go any more and will never do so again, their customer service when things went wrong was non-existent!!

I won't be using them again in future thats for sure. Finally got hold of them on the live help and even after after giving them the parcel number they asked me if it had been collected. I told them they should be able to tell me if it had been collected.

Yodel collected 2 days late. My customer is rightly so asking me where it is.

Looks like l am going to have to use Parcel Force as l can rely on them, but it is the cost even though l get the 15% Discount and £3 cashback vis TCB

Parcel2Go you have lost a customer.

Yodel/DHL and City Link Chelmsford you really really should look at the service (poor) service you provide.

Finally got hold of them via the live chat, no help what so ever. I found they soon replied when being negative on Twitter about them, however they are continuing to use stalling tactics. Keep sending me emails asking to provide delivery address and even offering £15 into a pre-paid account....no thanks l will not be using them again
