Not sure if this issue still occurs, but on Linux systems using nVidia drivers, embedded web video can appear with a very obvious blue/green tinge. That can be "resolved" if you disable hardware acceleration (by right-clicking the video and choosing the relevant option).
Just thought I'd mention it in case anyone else was having the same problem...0
