Swiftcover "Automated" renewals

Beware!
My car insurance policy with Swiftcover finished today and as I had already taken out a new policy with Barclays at a more competitive rate I had clicked on the "I don't want to renew" button on the website.
Lo and behold I got an email this afternoon saying I had renewed my policy with them
Phoned customer services and a very nice lady cancelled it for me and said my premium would be refunded to me within 3-5 working days.
OK, no problems cancelling it and got through to CS fairly quickly, just a pain in the rear end really.
Has this happened to anybody else?
