I have to prove card fraud - Natwest

    If you do want to "prove" it wasnt you then you'd really need to get more information from Natwest first. Were they in person, mail order/ telephone order or internet transactions? Was it the new or old card that was used? What security methods were used (chip and pin, AVS, 3D Secure etc)?

    If you are intending to involve the FOS you will first have to make a complaint about their decision and as others have said, await a final response or 8 weeks to lapse (which ever comes first)
