thanks for all peggy thing suggestions, yes buying them in Poundland or a supermarket looks the best bet
Anyway back on topic, looking forward to seeing more photos from people - hopefully of messy kitchens this time!;) You won't be seeing mine though!:o0 -
I'm usually really tidy in the kitchen. Everything on a chopping board, peelings in an old marge pot and wiping up as I go. I even clean splashes off the hob whilst still cooking! But I made a right mess the other day, I managed to get pureed raw chicken on my feet and trample it round the kitchen!!!Living cheap in central London :rotfl:0

my husband has started knocking out our kitchen ready for a refit later in the summer (what summer?) and ours currently looks like a war torn ~insert current country of conflict~ the phrase "looks like a bombs hit it" springs to mind. I have a work surface the size of a baking tray left to prepare meals on. *sigh*Blah0

Hmm - OK - I've studied the photos and have absolutely no idea what you are owning up to, apart from having a rather lovely kitchen/diner!!
I do like that hanging peggy thing though, would be very useful, what are they actually called? I don't think googling "hanging peggy thing" would get me very far
My thoughts exactly, though the striped wallpaper might give me a headache. My idea of a messy kitchen is at least ten foodstuffs visible, perhaps some spillage, a couple of bowls, some pots....oh yeah and DS in the middle of it all
