Natwest Account Move to Santander

Does anyone know if Netwest accounts have moved to Santander yet? My Natwest Black card is now on the 'www.natwest.com/santander' site for account management. I just called up recently to enquire about something (using the number of my card) and the call was answered. I was then passed to another person to answer the query then that person said the third person they were trying to contact couldn't speak to me as their computer systems were down. I was told to give a number and I would be called back.

I've never had this before. It's always been perfect service hence the above question. Based on previous accounts of Santander's service - if this is now using Santander call centres, then I should forget about getting a call? Hopfully this is a minor one-off of Natwest dropping the ball...
