Asda direct, never again!!

Almost six weeks been waiting for delivery of Sofa and Chair. Two days taken off work for two seperate promissed deliveries, still nothing. Countless phone calls to Asda diect (In South America) several promises of a call back from managers, still nothing. A complete shambles, will never shop with Asda again, on or off line !!

Ive never used asda direct before and i know its not much use now but ive found that tesco direct are good, ive never had any issues and they have always delivered on time (and i think their products are about even on quality/price etc.)

I think there might be some kind of law or legal loophole or whatever its called where if a company fails to deliver, you can claim back compensation for earnings lost for the days you have taken off? Even if its the 2nd delivery and they don't turn up you should be able to claim (i dont know who from though, hopefully someone will come along with more info!).

Good luck getting somewhere with them :o
