1. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is only open to UK, CI and IoM residents aged 18 years and over. Directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or the agencies or companies associated with this prize draw are ineligible to enter.

4. Phase One: ‘You Win, If GB Wins’. Entries must be received between noon on 18th June 2012 and 11.59pm on 1st September 2012.
5. Phase Two: Final Prize Draw for entries received between 00.00am on 2 September 2012 and 11.59pm on 14th December 2012.
6. To Enter for both Phase One and Two: Purchase a promotional bar of Cadbury Wispa, Crunchie, Boost, Cadbury Dairy Milk Caramel or Starbar and enter the unique 9 digits code found INSIDE the pack, either

8. via SMS. Text WIN PLUS 9 digit code PLUS your email address to 68600, for example ‘WIN ABC123456 johnfrd@bbbb.com’. If texting from the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, please text to 68600. Texts will be charged at the standard network rate of your provider. You will only be required to send one text to enter this promotion. Reply texts from us will free for the entrant to receive. We will regard the owner of the mobile phone that the text entry has been sent from to be the winner of the prize.

10. Northern Ireland residents only: no purchase necessary. Simply send a stamped addressed envelope with your full name, postal address and email to ’You Win, If GB Wins’ NPN, PO Box 1079, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1GY between noon on 18th June 2012 00.01am and 11.59pm on 1st September 2012. Only one entry per envelope. Only 10 no purchase necessary entries will be accepted per entrant throughout the promotional period.
11. You may enter up to 2 times per day however each entry must be accompanied by a different unique code. Codes can only be entered once.
12. Please retain your pack as it may be required to verify a winning claim.
13. For those entering within the Phase One Period, all valid entrants will then receive back either email or SMS (depending on your method of entry) the name of a randomly selected Team GB or ParalympicsGB athlete who is competing in the London 2012 Olympic or Paralympic Games and an event in which the athlete is participating in the future. If this athlete wins a medal in this event, then you win too – and you will be notified via email in order to claim your prize.
14. The selection of athletes and events to an entrant will be entirely at random, but based on a pool of athletes that are still competing in the Games on the day prior to the entry being made and in proportions agreed prior to the start of the promotion and overseen independently. Those entering earlier will naturally have more athletes/events available to them than those entering towards the end of the Games. The closing ceremony of the London 2012 Olympic Games is scheduled for 12 August 2012, all those entering after this time will be allocated Paralympic athletes/events.
15. All results for the purposes of this promotion will be based on the results ‘on the podium’ i.e. at the conclusion of the relevant event. Any subsequent changes, i.e. elimination of an otherwise winning allocated athlete or the disqualification of an athlete from another country that results in the elevation of a Team GB or ParalympicsGB athlete into a winning position will not be counted unless the changes occur prior to the podium presentation.
16. The Phase One ‘You Win, If GB Wins’: There are three prize tiers. If your assigned athlete wins:

18. Silver; you will win £10
19. Bronze; you will win £5
20. The number of prizes to be awarded is not determined in advance as it will depend on the success of the allocated athletes
21. Winners will be notified within 48 hours of the athlete’s win and requested to go online to enter their name and address in order to claim their prize. All claims must be made by 11.59pm on 31st October 2012. Any claims received after this time will not be allowed.
22. Prizes will be payable in the form of a cheque to the entrant’s name. Please allow 28 days for delivery.
23. Phase Two: There will be one final draw for the chance to win £500 cash from all entries received between 00.00am on 2nd September 2012 and 11.59pm on 14th December 2012. Draw to be conducted by PromoVeritas within 7 days of the closing date and the winner will be informed on or before 15th January 2013.
24. The decision of the independent adjudicator on the selection of the winners is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
25. Winners may be required, at the Promoter’s request, to participate in reasonable promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in promotional material.
26. The gold winners’ names and counties will be available from 1st December 2012 and £500 cash prize draw will be available from 31st January 2013 at https://www.cadbury.co.uk
27. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
28. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
29. The promoter cannot be held responsible for any incorrect/inaccurate email addresses submitted at the time of entry.
30. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
31. If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded.
32. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
33. The personal information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion, such as sending athlete notifications and winner communication. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this promotion or communicating with entrants. The Promoter is bound by the Data Protection Acts (1984 and 1998).
