Free National Art Pass - How to use this offer for a family?

I want to post a question about the offer I read about in Martin's money tips regarding the Free 3 month National Art Pass:
http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/deals/cheap-days-out/national-art-pass

I can't see a link to the discussion thread, but feel free to move this post if I have missed it.

My question is, how to get the passes for a family of 5 - Two adults and 3 children. It says that the offer is either for a single or double pass (two adults) for over 18s. However, there are lots of places included that I would like to take my 3 children. The cost of a full-price child pass is going to defeat the object for me.

Here are the T&C (an extract of them) from the artfund.org website.

Offer is available on Single or Double National Art Pass. Double includes cards for two adults living at the same address.
This offer is available for UK residents aged 18 or over.
The National Art Pass(es) will be valid until 30 September 2012. A new annual National Art Pass will be issued if you haven't cancelled your Direct Debit.
This offer is available while stocks last. Commemorative print subject to availability.
Offer is available for new National Art Passes/Art Fund members only.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Offer not available for gift memberships.
One print per new valid application.

Anyone managed to work out how to make this work for a family?

Last time they had this offer I applied for adult passes for my children. This seemed to work, although where we went I didn't need a pass for the children.

eta - used unique emails for each application I made

I did same as the poster above and applied for 4 cards, two for hubby and myself and two for our two children last year. We had no problem using them to gain free entry to the Brighton Pavillion and the Ulster Folk Museum for the whole family by presenting our individual cards.

I applied for just 2 cards, one for me and one for OH. On my cards last yr it said on the back " plus children under 16" on both of our cards.

I used them in EH and a National Trust property local to us. In these places children under 5 go free anyway with a paying adult so youd only have to pay for a child admission at worst. Last yr the national Trust property refused payment for my daughter who was 6 as we had the passes :T:T

At the end of the 3 months we took out the special offer of a family pass for £36. We have more than made triple our money back to date and have until September (all summer) to use it.

    Fantastic deal.............:rotfl:

Edit to say: Last Year I didnt have to give any credit card information? nor did I have to tell them to cancel. I was just issued with cards with an expiry date on. A week before they were due to expire then I got a discount email with a special offer price. I do wonder this yr, if I can renew at that special price or if it will be inflated lol

Has anyone received their art pass yet for this year? If so could you please advise whether it includes children under 16. Thanks.

I recieved mine today it doesn't say in the letter if it includes under 16.But if you go on the art pass website artfund.org there's a family art pass also an art pass for under 26 think they mean people under 26.
