I have recorded a few video clips on my mobile, Orange Sanfrancisco. When i play it back i can hear the audio.
When i transfer the video files (mp4) to my laptop and play them there is no sound.
The laptop is running W7. When i play the clips on window media player or VLC media player there is no sound. These video clips play perfectly with sound on another laptop.

Try downloading the k-lite codec pack (Google it), should sort it out. This is assuming that you have sound drivers already installed to the laptop and it's a no-go of course.0
