Cameron - tax avoidance morally wrong

If there are loopholes in tax law, they can fix them.
Laws (including tax laws, but not just tax laws) are clarified and tightened all the time, but the process is endless.
This is where morality comes in. Should we be trying to subvert our society and its elected government?
What about people who invent new recreational drugs, intending only to exploit the time lag before the authorities make them illegal?
What about people who set up land-banking and similar scams, knowing that it's only a matter of time before the authorities close them down, but they can fleece a few people in the meantime?
Is this different from using a tax avoidance scheme that is destined to be stopped when due process takes its course? These things can't just be made illegal overnight."It will take, five, 10, 15 years to get back to where we need to be. But it's no longer the individual banks that are in the wrong, it's the banking industry as a whole." - Steven Cooper, head of personal and business banking at Barclays, talking to Martin Lewis0 -
Perhaps we need a catch all law that works like ungentlemanly (ignore the gender) conduct works in football?
This had to be brought into football to counter any conduct that was not necessarily a violation of the rules of play.
The test for any case such as JC's is whether the CPS think someone's behaviour is ungentlemanly conduct and then a jury of 12 to decide.
To me, creating an offshore company then loaning yourself money from that company is ungentlemanly.0
